The Highway Administration will be carrying out works this weekend to optimise the Lankelz junction combined with the removal of a high-voltage overhead line on the A13 with the result that sections of the A13 and adjoining routes will be closed for certain periods.

The Administration has published maps detailing the diversions that have been set in place.

In particular, the following will be closed today between 22:00 and 24:00, for the removal of the overhead line.

Closure of the A13 motorway between the Lankelz junction and the Differdange interchange in the direction of Pétange;

Closure of the access ramp of the Ehlerange interchange coming from the N37 and towards Pétange on the A13 motorway;

Closure of the access ramp of the Lankelz junction from Hollerich on the A4 motorway and towards Pétange on the A13 motorway.

From Friday 31 March 2017 from 20:00 until Monday 3 April at 18:00, the following closures will be effective for work on the Lankelz junction:

Closure of the A13 motorway from Pétange and towards the A4 motorway between the Differdange interchange and the Lankelz junction;

Closed access to the A13 motorway via the Lankelz junction from the N4D;

Closure of the access ramps of the Differdange and Ehlerange interchange towards the Lankelz junction of the A13 motorway.

Traffic from Pétange on the A13 motorway to the A4 motorway and traffic from the A4 and N4D motorways to Pétange from the A13 motorway is deflected between the interchange Differdange and the junction of Lankelz in both directions via the N32, the CR110 and the N4D.

Complete closure:

From Friday 31 March 2017 18:00, the left turn of the Lankelz junction from the N4D and CR110 and towards the Raemerich roundabout on the A4 motorway is definitively closed. The new route is via the N4C and N31 road until the Raemerich roundabout.
