A special event celebrating Syria’s unique history and culture is being held at Rotondes on 15 March.
Long known as the cradle of civilisation, Syria adopted a new mantle, the ‘cradle of revolution’, after the civil uprising on 15 March 2011 triggered events that are unfolding still today. Hoping to remind the world that Syria is not just a battle arena, but also represents an incredibly rich social, culinary, literary, artistic and geographical culture, the arts group RIFF, in cooperation with Syrian Youth in Luxembourg, are hosting a celebration of Syrian heritage through art, film, food and more.
The evening starts at 18:30, and tickets, which can be bought online, are just €18, including a ticketing fee.
