On 23 April 2017, Luxembourg is celebrating its 10th edition of World Book and Copyright Day.
Every year on 23 April, several countries, including Luxembourg, celebrate UNESCO’s World Book and Copyright Day.
In Luxembourg, different people in the book industry have been joining forces since 2007 to organise the Luxembourg edition of World Book and Copyright Day.
This year, the unifying theme in the Grand Duchy is “Books: future visions. Mam Buch an d’Zukunft”. This theme relates to the ways in which we perceive the future, and its treatment in writing.
Over a period of seven days, numerous activities and events will be offered to the general public as well as to school classes.
From March 2017, more information on the programme will be published on www.liesen.lu
