Girls in Tech and Bee Creative have organised another event exploring the educational possibilities offered by a Maker Space and how it can foster creativity for children and teenagers, which will be taking place on Tuesday 28 June 2016.
The activity will start at 18:00 with a tour of BASE 1's Creative Studio, one of the six new maker spaces for youth available in the Grand Duchy, followed by a Q&A session.
A creative programming workshop will then take place, enabling participants to start designing and programming their own Sphero Ball, a small robot ball that can avoid obstacles and look for light to charge its batteries.
The event will run from 18:00 to 20:30 at the Forum Gesseknäppchen, 40 Boulevard Pierre Dupong, 1430 Luxembourg. Participation is free but prior registration is required here.
