From Friday 13 to Tuesday 17 May 2016, the A4 motorway between the Croix de Cessange and the Pontpierre junction will be closed off to traffic in both directions due to a project concerning the development of the Pontpierre area.
Access to the motorway and following ramps will be blocked:
- The A4 motorway coming from the Croix de Cessange towards the Pontpierre junction
- The A4 motorway coming from the Pontpierre junction towards the Leudelange-Nord junction
- The Croix de Cessange exit from the Belgium-Luxembourg border of the A6 towards Esch-sur-Alzette on the A4
- The Croix de Cessange exit from the Croix de Gasperich on the A1 towards Esch-sur-Alzette on the A4
- The Leudelange-Nord junction entrance from the N4 towards Esch-sur-Alzette on the A4
- The Leudelange-Sud junction entrance from the N4 towards Esch-sur-Alzette on the A4
- The slip road of the Pontpierre junction from the N4 towards the Croix de Cessange on the A4
From 19:00 on Friday 13 to 06:00 on Tuesday 17 May 2016, therefore, traffic coming from Hollerich on the A4, the Belgium-Luxembourg border and the Croix de Gasperich of the A6 will be redirected via the A6-A3-A13 to the Esch junction.
