The Luxembourg Moselle is located less than 20 km from the capital city of Luxembourg; the flagship wine which the region grows around its French and German neighbours retains its own unique style.
The wines of the Luxembourg Moselle are a delight for all lovers of wine: sparkling Crémant, elegant Riesling, white and red wines from the Pinot family, exotic Gewürztraminer, ethereal Rivaner and Auxerrois, late harvest and ice and straw wines; a culinary discovery that is limitless through the region and its terroir.
Have you always wanted to explore the Luxembourg Moselle, its award-winning still and sparkling wines? A perfect opportunity presents itself with the wine event "Wine, Taste, Enjoy" taking place over the Pentecost weekend. vineyard owners, wine cellars and cafés located along the Luxembourg Moselle are organising an open house weekend on Sunday 15 and Monday 16 May 2016 when 19 wineries and one distillery will participate in this wine tourism event.
A varied and interesting programme of activities is available to wine lovers, visitors and holiday-makers who do not know the vineyard area of ??the Grand Duchy, as well as to tourists visiting the region.
