On Saturday 12 March 2016, the Association de Soutien aux Travailleurs Immigrés (ASTI) will be holding an afternoon meet-and-greet between refugees, volunteers and the residents of Mersch.
The event, which will be held at the école Nic. Welter in Mersch, will present an opportunity for the Arabic-speaking students who took part in literacy classes to receive their participation certificates, as well as for performances from singer Tohid Tohidi and a magic show from Jay Witlox. There will also be special activities for children offered by the association NARIN, as well as cakes and drinks.
