On Thursday 10 December 2015, LuxairGroup introduced a new telephone switchboard consolidating all LuxairGroup services into a single call number, +352 2456-1.
From Thursday, callers will be greeted at the new number by a automated voice outlining first of all the preferred language, before asking the caller to select the department needed, such as Airline, Tour Operator, LuxairCARGO or LuxairServices Catering; or an operator on Reception,. Operators will be available from 07:00 to 19:00.
This new tool joins the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, providing the Customer Service Centre's operators access to the records of each Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and LuxairTours customer, in attempting to streamline and efficientls handle requests before and after the customer's journey.
