The first edition of 'SACEM Sessions' will be held on 29 September 2015, to examine the considerable decline in record sales and the increasing importance of revenues generated by copyright.

The collecting company SACEM Luxembourg and the Commission Consultative des Ayants Droit have organised the SACEM Sessions evening, where authrs, composers, musicians and individuals interested in the subject of copyright can receive answers to questions such as where copyright revenues come from and how they are distributed; who holds the copyright; and the challenges faced by composers and collecting societies coping with the growing popularity of streaming services.

Luxembourgish band Fox, who played at Rock-A-Field over the summer, will by present to perform and offer their own experience of the subject in question.

Admission is free and will take place at De Gudde Wëllen on Rue du Saint Esprit in Luxembourg City. The event will begin at 19:00 and Fox will be performing at 20:00.
