Luxembourg's National Roads Administration has announced that the test phase of the fixed speed camera at the entrance to the Micheville tunnel will commence on Friday 1 September 2023.
The fixed speed camera installed on the B40 road, at the entrance to the Micheville tunnel, will enter its test phase on Friday. The maximum authorised speed is 70 km/h, for traffic travelling towards France.
A tolerance of 3 km/h will apply to motorists travelling at less than 100 km/h; a tolerance of 3% will apply to speeds exceeding 100 km/h.
The date of the end of the test phase is yet to be confirmed.
