Editus, the official publisher of Luxembourg's Yellow Pages and White Pages telephone directories, presented yesterday its rebranding as a marketing agency; after 45 years of existence in the Grand Duchy, Editus is reinventing and stregically repositioning itself.

Editus, a subsidiary of the POST group since 1995, has seen significant changes in its activities, particularly in recent years. Ten years ago, its telephone directories (Yellow Pages for commercial customers and White Pages for private customers) accounted for 80% of its business; today they account for just over 10%.

However, the past ten years have not seen Editus suffer a loss of activity. On the contrary, the renewal of its offers has allowed the company to grow. The shift in its activities has therefore been gradual, moving away from a media directory and search engine to increasingly developed marketing solutions, which has now led Editus to reposition itself as a marketing agency.

Hugues Langlet, CEO of Editus, explained: “We rely on a team of 140 employees, two-thirds of whom are in direct contact with our customers. Today we are already supporting more than 10,000 Luxembourg companies. From tomorrow [Wednesday], through our two new brands, ONE and NEO, we will be able to provide a response to the marketing expectations of all companies in the country".

Since each company has specific needs in its sector of activity, Editus has developed two approaches depending on the digital and marketing maturity of the companies it supports: ONE and NEO. The objective is to help Luxembourg companies go digital by providing them with solutions adapted to their size, budget and activity sector. This range of marketing solutions supports Luxembourg professionals at every stage of their communication, from a first diagnosis and the management of their digital presence to the implementation of marketing and e-commerce actions.

Mr Langlet added: "We are committed to supporting all commercial companies (55,000 in Luxembourg) in their digital transformation by facilitating their access to the latest marketing solutions. This is a real issue for economic attractiveness, especially in e-commerce. We carry this social responsibility with pride".
