Women in Digital Empowerment’s (WIDE) first promotional event of the year took place on Monday 16 January 2017 in the premises of the new incubator Paul Wurth InCub.

Last Monday, WIDE held its latest afterwork evening, aimed at promoting female start-ups entrepreneurship, at the Paul Wurth InCub.

Present at the event was Mathilde Argaud, an engineer and founder of LargoWind, who shared her experience as a female entrepreneur. She had participated previously in an excellence programme run by Luxinnovation, Fit 4 Start. Likewise, Paul Wurth InCub and Luxinnovation presented their respective services available for start-ups in Luxembourg.

The co-founders of WIDE, Marie-Adélaïde Gervis and Marina Andrieu, also used the occasion to present the not-for-profit organisation’s upcoming projects for the year 2017. Many new activities have been planned, especially in the sector of digital education, entrepreneurship and European cooperation.

The afterwork event, organised with the support of Digital Luxembourg, was followed by a cocktail offered by the host, Paul Wurth InCub.
