Caroline Notté Appointed Partner at NautaDutilh Luxembourg

The Luxembourg office of NautaDutilh, an international law firm practising Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg law, has announced the appointment of Caroline Notté as partner, effective from 1 April 2022.

Ms Notté's appointment will strengthen the Corporate and Private Equity practice within NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg.

Caroline Notté, who has been with the firm for the past twelve years, assists clients with a wide range of complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, corporate governance, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, takeovers and listing issues. She has particular expertise in private equity deals, joint ventures and group restructuring. Her clients include international private equity firms, investment funds and major listed companies.
