In addition, they are performing this evening, Tuesday 21 July, at Liquid in Luxembourg-Grund from 22:00.
Cluttered Clarity was formed juts a year ago and has performed at festivals such as the Montreux Jazz Festival and Atlantic Music Expo on three different continents. In addition, they have recorded a CD with Grammy award-winning Cory Henry, they have raised grants from the Luxembourgish and US governments and are sponsored by some of the biggesst music brands in the music world.
According to Ben Konen, "I decided to combine the electronic/pop music world with the world of Jazz. At Berklee, I found people that were thinking the same way I did. We started writing music with a groove people can dance to, lyrics people can sing to, and we put a high-level of improvisation on top of that. The live improvisation brings our performances to such a high energy level, no DJ can keep up with and gives Cluttered Clarity its unique sound in the pop world".
