The Fundamental Monodrama Festival is set to return to the Banannenfabrik in Luxembourg City with sixteen shows from seven countries taking place over ten days between 7 and 16 June 2019.
The Banannenfabrik stage will see international actors, dancers, musicians, writers and directors from Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany and France, as well as the UK, Estonia and Niger, present their creations. They will also showcase their works in progress at the "Monolabo" laboratory evening.
The 10th anniversary edition of this theatre festival will once again feature shows in English, French and German with English-language performances scheduled for 9, 11 and 12 June. These include Luxembourg creation "Paramount VS Tantamount" (9 June), Belgian-Estonian creation "Long Live the Life that Burns the Chest (11 June) and "Proxy" from Arcola Theatre in London (12 June) - all three shows will start at 20:00.
