On Tuesday 11 November 2025, Luxembourg-based professional networking platform pairtopair marked its first anniversary with the launch of InsideOut, a new collective experience bringing professionals together to share and learn from one another.

The platform is dedicated to creating tailor-made connections between peers who share similar professional realities.

The founder, David Determe, stated: “InsideOut embodies our long-term vision of a more human, inclusive and sustainable professional network. We aim to reconnect the working world and give everyone the opportunity to share their challenges, draw inspiration from others and progress in their professional journey.”

The InsideOut platform aims to offer a structured framework that encourages the sharing of experiences and collective reflection on the real challenges of the professional world. Groups of five people will be formed based on a personality test and criteria chosen by participants to foster complementary exchanges between similar or diverse professional backgrounds. Meetings will take place in person to strengthen conviviality and genuine human connection.

David Determe added: “In a world dominated by digital technology, we are convinced that the latter must remain at the service of people, not the other way around.”

The launch of InsideOut marks the second stage of the pairtopair platform’s development. Two more pillars will soon complete the ecosystem, including a programme for students designed to help them meet their “future selves” and better understand the realities of the professional world.

According to pairtopair, the objective is “to create a continuous bridge of learning and knowledge transfer between generations, while building a professional network where technology serves, rather than replaces, human connection.”

Pairtopair emphasised that it reinvests 100% of its profits into socially impactful projects, with a platform that offers preferential pricing for companies and associations facing financial hardship, as well as free access for students.
