As part of a new collective agreement signed by the LCGB trade union, buying power and wages are set to increase for Telindus employees.
As of 27 March 2017, the LCGB, as the only trade union represented, signed a new collective agreement for employees of Telindus for a period of 3 years.
Telindus Luxembourg is an ICT expert, providing companies with secure solutions for collaboration, infrastructure, data centers and connectivity.
The signed agreement includes improvements in the working conditions of the 450 employees at the Esch and Strassen sites, such as the introduction of meal vouchers (€10.80) for all employees, linear increase in wages, the establishment of a working group to improve the mobility of employees, and the establishment of a working group to improve the career development of employees.
