Change Management consulting firm, MindForest Group has announced the official launch of “SME 360” – a support programme for SMEs, helping them to remain competitive on the market,
Developed with SME managers, the programme will provide concrete solutions, looking to optimise all areas of company life, including: strategic vision, management skills, client culture, human resource and quality management.
In 2014, SMEs accounted for 66.6% of local employment and about 68% of Luxembourg’s added value. Given this context, a SME manager must take care of numerous functions. Unlike larger companies, where management is shared between different departments (administrative and operational), SMEs rely on the guidance of their leading manager. “SME 360” aims to serve as a company compass then, to ensure the appropriate solutions and decisions are taken for the improvement of business performance.
Complementary approaches will also be offered to SME clients, such as the creation of a network of mentors - all SME managers with experience, who will share their experiences, as well as monitor and advise the new ‘batch’ of SME decision-makers.
The project also includes tailor-made, customised services, for situations when a specific need or skill is needed. Moreover, an online ‘pre-diagnosis’ will also be available, helping to determine and detect the company’s priority areas.
