The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) Emerging Leaders Group has announced it will host the event “Career Pathways in Luxembourg and Beyond: Insights from European institutions, private businesses and non-profit networks” on Thursday 12 February 2026.
The event will take place at 18:00 at the International School of Luxembourg (ISL) in Luxembourg-Hollerich and will bring together young professionals, students and seasoned mentors to explore career development from three perspectives: European institutions, private business and non-profit and business networks - offering practical insights, meaningful connections and inspiration to shape participants' professional journeys.
The evening will be moderated by Yulia Kulakova, Vice-Chair of the BCC Emerging Leaders Group, and will welcome panellists including :

• Claudio Zucca – Managerial Advisor, European Investment Bank
• Emanuele Baldacci, Director of HR services, European Commission
• Iain Fish, Director, International School of Luxembourg

The BCC have also announced the launch of its “Emerging Leaders Mentorship Programme Pilot”, a new initiative launched by the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg to foster meaningful, goal-oriented mentor–mentee relationships within our community. This pilot programme is exclusively open to BCC members.
The programme is designed to support young professionals and experienced leaders alike by creating a structured framework for knowledge sharing, professional development and leadership growth in Luxembourg’s dynamic business environment. It aims to empower participants through personalised guidance, actionable insights, and exposure to diverse perspectives.
The BCC said mentees will benefit from strategic support to accelerate their careers or navigate transitions, while mentors will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, share expertise, and contribute to the development of future business leaders.
Applications for the programme are limited. A small number of participants will be selected, with mentor–mentee matches based on compatibility and alignment. Applicants who are not selected for this pilot will be considered for the next cohort in September 2026.
Programme Structure & Timeline for the Pilot:
• Duration: 6 months
• Meetings: Minimum one meeting per month
• Applications Close: 15 February 2026
• Pilot Cohort Launch: Early March
• Kick-off Event: Online Zoom
• Closing Event (Pilot): September 2026
• Second Cohort Launch: September 2026
Applicants will be required to complete a short questionnaire outlining objectives, industry preferences and pairing preferences, along with a concise motivation letter.
