On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April 2026, Luxembourg’s basketball teams determined the semi-finalists of the Men’s Enovos League, while T71 Dudelange secured a place in the Women’s League final.

Current men’s champions Etzella Ettelbruck responded with a strong performance in their quarter-final series against Kordall Steelers. After suffering an 85-82 away defeat in the second game, Etzella returned to their home court and secured a 99-59 victory. Philippe Gutenkauf led the scoring with 27 points, while Nicholas Davis recorded a double-double with eighteen points and twelve rebounds.

Etzella will face Amicale Steinsel in the semi-finals after the latter overcame Basket Esch 2-1 in their series. The decisive result came in the second game on Amicale’s court, where they secured a 79-65 victory. Despite 33 points from Esch guard Jordan Hicks, the visitors were eliminated from the title race.

The other semi-final pairing will see Sparta Bertrange take on T71 Dudelange. Sparta edged past Résidence Walferdangein a three-game series, recovering from an opening home defeat to win 79-76 away before sealing qualification with an 80-69 victory at home. T71, meanwhile, needed just two games to eliminate Luxembourg Cup holders Arantia Larochette, securing a narrow 92-90 win with decisive points scored in the closing seconds.

The opening games of the best-of-three semi-final series are scheduled to take place on Saturday 25 April 2026.

Sparta Bertrange - T71 Dudelange 

In the women’s competition, T71 Dudelange have already booked their place in the final. After a home win over Basket Esch, Tom Schumacher’s team repeated the result away, claiming an 86-61 victory. Captain Catherine Mreches returned to the lineup after recovering from injury, while Lauren VanKleunen delivered a standout performance with 31 points and seventeen rebounds.

Their opponents in the final will be decided in a third game between Sparta Bertrange and AB Contern. After winning away, Contern suffered a 61-74 home defeat, with Sparta led by 28 points from Jordan King and a double-double from Bridget Yoerger (nineteen points and thirteen rebounds). The deciding game is scheduled for Friday 25 Saturday 2026 at Sparta’s home court.
