On Saturday 23 November 2025, the 11th edition of the Lëtzebuerger Filmpräis (Luxembourg Film Prize) was held at the Grand Theatre in Luxembourg city.

The event, held every two years, was attended by 700+ people and organised jointly by Film Fund Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Filmakademie, with members of the latter voting for thirteen of the awards, the fourteenth being awarded by the Association Luxembourgeoise de la Presse Cinématographique (ALPC, Luxembourg's film critics' association).

Compered by Emma Da Silva, who pointed out that she was born in 2003, the same year as the first Luxembourg Film Prize was held at the Rotondes in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie, and with music performed by Maz Universe from a revolving stage, the two-hour awards event was a glitzy affair with many dressed in formal wear for the occasion.

The presenters of the awards were drawn primarily from across the film industry, with actors, directors, producers, screenwriters and film festival organisers (Dominique Santana and Geoff Thompson), as well as the incoming Director of the Cinémathèque, George Bildgen, the Director of Film Fund Luxembourg, Guy Daleiden, and other members of the selection committee, the President of the Filmakademie, Fred Neuen, and Bérangère Beffort from the Chamber of Commerce, the musician Edsun, leading up to Luxembourg's Minister of Culture, Eric Thill, and Luxembourg City Mayor, Lydie Polfer, presenting the final award of the evening before everyone enjoyed the walking dinner put on afterwards. Ann Muller, General Coordinator of Luxembourg Urban Garden (LUGA) was also one of the presenters.

The Luxembourg western LÄIF A SÉIL picked up four awards (Best Actor, Best Actress, Cinematography, Critics' Award) but were pipped to Best Luxembourg Feature Film by HORS D’HALEINE who picked up two awards (Best Luxembourgish Feature Film, Best Screenplay), with STITCH HEAD also picking up two awards (Best Animated Feature Film in Co-Production, Best Creative Contribution to an Animated Feature Film).
