The Grand Ducal Police have reported the arrest of a man who breached a recent court referral on Friday 17 August 2024.
On the afternoon of Friday, a man in Hagen was reported for a domestic offence, in violation of a court referral order issued the previous day. A police patrol located the man at the scene. During the official proceedings, he reportedly behaved aggressively towards the officers and was subsequently handcuffed and taken to the police station. The public prosecutor’s office was informed and ordered his arrest. The man was later brought before the examining magistrate.
In addition, on Sunday 18 August 2024, during the course of the day, the police also noted it had to intervene several times in cases of speeding, drunkenness and public nuisance, with incidents occurring in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg-Kirchberg and Esch-sur-Alzette.
