Rosport has announced the launch of a new art contest, “Source of Inspiration”, and has encouraged all artists to be a part of the biggest open-air art gallery in the Grand-Duchy, by submitting their works inspired by their personal view on Luxembourg by 31 May.
A jury will select the entries they deem, best reflect the theme of the contest to be showcased in bus shelters all around the capital from 16 to 22 June. During this period, the public will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite via social media or through www.rosportlife.com. The most voted piece will feature on the label of a limited edition Sources Rosport product.
In order to guarantee a selection of works that represent true quality art, according to objective criteria, Sources Rosport have assembled a jury of real art specialists, including David Soner, street artist and calligrapher, Samuel Levy, visual artist, Nadine Erpelding, Head of the Mudam Publics Service, and Tanja Kinnen, Head of Communications at Sources Rosport.
The aim of the contest is to offer a platform for Luxembourg artists to present their work to a greater audience, especially those who are just starting out and/or with less exposure.
