The Irish Young Professionals' Network (IYPN) - Luxembourg, launched by the Embassy of Ireland in Luxembourg in July 2025, is organising an informal discussion - a Fireside Chat - with Andrew McDowell, Director General of EIB Global, on Wednesday 24 September 2025 at 18:30 at the European Foyer (10 Rue Heinrich Heine, Luxembourg-Gare).
Andrew McDowell will share insights on his varied career, during which he worked as Economic Adviser and Programme Manager to the Taoiseach (Irish prime minister), Enda Kenny, and served as Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and partner at Strategy&, PwC’s global strategy consulting business. Mr McDowell will also offer advice on how Irish professionals can build successful careers in Luxembourg.
The discussion will be followed by a networking reception.
