On Wednesday 15 May 2019, the Diversity Awards will be held in Luxembourg; the annual event will reward the best practices on diversity management within organisations, whatever their size, status - private, public or non-profit - and whether they are signatories of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg or not.
Registrations to apply to receive an award are open until 4 March 2019 at midnight; contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org for the application form.
Prizes will be awarded in the four following categories:
1. Recruitment, Welcome and Integration: How diversity is integrated in the recruitment, welcome and integration processes of the organisation’s new employees or welcome and integration practice in society at large.
2. Career Management: Review of Human Resources processes acknowledging the principles of non-discrimination and of diversity promotion.
3. Well-being and working conditions: Adapting the workplace and organisational methods to enable the proper reception and smooth integration of a target audience; best practices facilitating work-life balance.
4. Communication and Values of the organisation: Measures taken to integrate diversity values into the company's culture, communicating to internal and external stakeholders on commitments and related actions implemented in this field.
