North Pole Swimmer to Address Luxembourg Sustainability Forum

IMS Luxembourg (Inspire More Sustainability) has announced that, as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations, it will hold a Luxembourg Sustainability Forum on Tuesday 21 November 2017 at the European Convention Centre Luxembourg in Kirchberg, from 13:30 to 21:00.

Special Guest will be Lewis Pugh, an extreme swimmer; he is best known for undertaking the first swim in the North Pole in 2007 to highlight the melting of the Arctic sea ice. In 2013 the United Nations appointed him as the UN Patron of the Oceans.

Astronaut Thomas Pesquet and Jean Jouzel, climatologist and glaciologist, will also attend as special guests.
