Details: The penultimate seminar in the series will take the stance that complaint management systems  offer the opportunity to increase customer loyalty. Rather than evaluating complaints as a personal attack against employees, this seminar will portray them instead as a sign of the unmet needs of customers and a chance to improve service quality. Participants will learn how to professionally negotiate complaint management to keep the claimant satisfied and possibly ensure they return.
