Details: The British Chamber of Commerce is organising an Evening Business Forum - CEO Panel Discussion: on "A dynamic exchange about leadership with the persons behind the title" on Thursday 8 October 2015 at 18:00 at Banque de Luxembourg (14 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg).
This exclusive and dynamic exchange will involve four successful Luxembourg CEOs who will share their perspectives and experiences about Leadership - past, present and future:
•How has the corporate environment changed for business leaders in the last 5 years?
•What does Authentic Leadership really mean?
•Employee engagement – what do leaders look for in their followers & how can confidence be restored?
•Is Luxembourg unique for leaders?
The aim of the conversation is to address key issues from the angles of experience, genuine views and gained wisdom (as opposed to taking an academic/theoretical approach).
CEO panellists are Jean-Marc Crepin (BBH), Edith Magyarics (Victor Buck Services), Marie-Helene Massard (AXA) and Laurent Schonckert (Cactus).
Monica Jonsson, Founding Partner and Corporate Coach from CoachDynamix, will moderate the discussions to ensure that the panellists address these and other issues in a full and frank manner.
The evening will begin at 18:00 with registration. The conference is scheduled to begin at 18:30. To close the evening drinks and canapes will be provided and, as always, the opportunity to meet and discuss with fellow Chamber Members and the panellists.
