The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a man suffered serious injuries after being hit by a tram in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg on Saturday 13 December 2025.
The incident occurred on Allée Scheffer in the late afternoon. Initial investigations have ruled out any foul play, according to the police.
The man sustained serious injuries. He was transported to the hospital in Kirchberg and is reported to be in critical condition.
The tram driver and other witnesses received support from the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps' (CGDIS) psychological support group.
