Details: The ATOZ Chair for European and International Taxation at the University of Luxembourg and the University of Linz is organising a conference on: “Landmark decisions in direct tax jurisprudence” on Thursday, 23 January 2014 starting from 08:30.

The conference will explore the history, impact, and potential for further development of the European Court of Justice’s and the EFTA Courts’ landmark decisions relating to direct taxation.

Venue: The conference will take place at University of Luxembourg premises, Salle Tavenas (102, avenue Pasteur, L-2310 Luxembourg).
