Details: Enjoy the taste of solidarity at the 7th Festival of Fair Trade chocolate taking place between 18 November and 8 December 2013.
For the seventh consecutive year, when traditionally celebrating Saint-Nicolas and the Christmas season, it provides an opportunity for the public to discover the taste of fair trade chocolate while supporting small cocoa farmers in the South. Between 18 November and 8 December, Fairtrade Lëtzebuerg is inviting the public to (re)discover the world of fair trade chocolate. Events are being held throughout the country for adults and children to immerse themselves in the world of this much appreciated delicacy and learn more about the origin and conditions of making chocolate.
Sat 23 Nov: the restaurant Beim Goldknapp orgainses a Cours de patisserie
Tue 3 Dec: a Children's Workshop organised by the natur musée in collaboration with Chocolaterie Belvas, as an introduction to the making of chocolate
Wed 4 Dec: Chocomillions quiz organised by Etika, Slow Food Luxembourg and Fairtrade Lëtzebuerg at Carré Rotondes.
Fri 6 & Sat 7 Dec: Enjoy chocolate spread in 8 Weltbutteker across the country
From 18 Nov - 8 Dec: chocolate desserts at a number of participating restaurants
