Five different New World Theatre Club (NWTC) Youth Groups are putting on five separate plays at St Georges International School in Luxembourg-Hamm in March 2025.
With NWTC Director Christine Probst and St George's Drama Teacher Clare Williams at the helm, NWTC Youth Theatre now offers workshops to students from age five and up. The five groups amount to a total Youth Group of 80 participants.
The public can watch the following upcoming performances:
Group 1's devised piece: Children aged five to seven will perform their devised piece, directed by Clare Williams, on Saturday 22 March 2025 at 11:00.
Group 2's devised murder mystery: Children aged eight to ten, directed by Clare Williams, will also perform on Saturday 22 March 2025 at 11:00.
Group 3's devised piece inspired by the work of Neil Gaiman: Children aged eleven to fourteen (A), also directed by Clare Williams, will perform on Saturday 29 March at 18:00 on and Sunday 30 March 2025 at 14:00.
Group 4's Midsummer Night's Dream: Children aged eleven to fourteen (B), directed by Christine Probst, will also perform Saturday 29 March at 18:00 and Sunday 30 March 2025 at 14:00.
Hamlet: Ages 15+. This group has been directed by Christine Probst. Since their performance during the School Shakespeare festival in February 2025, the group has continued to work on this piece in order to further explore the relationships between the characters. They will also perform on Saturday 29 March at 18:00 and Sunday 30 March 2025 at 14:00.
