On Tuesday 8 September 2026, LEKO Labs, the Luxembourg-based company specialising in low-carbon construction systems, announced the appointment of Mady Lellé as Head of Business Development and Hadrien Houyez as Executive Creative Director & Head of Brand.

According to LEKO, the appointments form part of a wider organisational transformation as the company seeks to accelerate its development in Luxembourg and expand across European markets.

“LEKO has invested several years in developing and industrialising its technology. Having completed more than 40 projects and delivered 100,000 sqm of structural wall and floor elements, the company is now entering a new phase of development that requires it to adapt its organisation and strengthen key capabilities,” stated the company.

Mady Lellé joined LEKO on 31 August 2026 as Head of Business Development. She brings more than 35 years of professional experience in Luxembourg, including almost 25 years in the construction sector, with expertise spanning project development, financing, innovation and the circular economy.

LEKO noted that her role will include strengthening the company’s relationships within Luxembourg’s construction sector and supporting its development in the country, before further expansion into Belgium, France and Germany and, subsequently, other European markets.

Mady Lellé, Head of Business Development at LEKO Labs, said: “What first convinced me about LEKO was its proven technology. It is already being used in real-life projects, is certified, and can be adapted to a wide range of requirements and building types. This combination of performance and flexibility creates genuine opportunities for the sector. My objective is to put my market knowledge to work to help accelerate the adoption of this technology in Luxembourg and beyond.”

Hadrien Houyez joined LEKO in May 2026 as Executive Creative Director & Head of Brand. With more than ten years of experience in industrial design, sustainable architecture, technology and communications, he has worked on projects “at the intersection of these disciplines”, ranging from brand strategy and identity to product design and digital and physical experiences.

The company noted that his role supports LEKO’s aim of developing a consistent brand around its technology across different European markets.

François Cordier, Founder and CEO of LEKO Labs, said: “We have spent nearly ten years taking LEKO from innovation to industrial reality and demonstrating our system on high-rise buildings. We must now equip the company to deploy it internationally. Mady, Hadrien, and Gabriel bring complementary expertise that is essential at this stage, including in-depth knowledge of the sector, a strong product and brand vision, and experience in financial management and scaling businesses." He added: "They share the same ambition for LEKO and the same conviction in the potential of our technology. Together, they bring the capabilities required to accelerate the deployment of our system across Europe.”

LEKO is also strengthening its technical and product development teams. Terence Clément has been appointed Computational Structural Engineer, further expanding the company’s capabilities in structural engineering and computational design. More than ten additional hires are planned over the coming months.
