The LCGB and OGBL trade unions today announced that a new collective labour agreement, on behalf of all employees, was signed on 17 June 2015 with the management of Brasserie Simon.
The renewal of the collective agreement stated:
- An increase in the attendance bonus of 85 € / month:
- From 01.01.2015 it will be 110 € / month.
- From 01.01.2016 it will be 120 € / month.
- From 1.1.2017 it will be 140 € / month.
- An additional annual attendance bonus corresponding to the total monthly amount of monthly attendance. This premium will be reduced with regards to absences throughout the year.
- A holiday allowance of €400 payable in June.
- An allowance labelled "thirteenth month" for the total of one month's salary if the employee was never on sick leave. This will also be reduced in correspondance with amount of accumulated hours of sick leave throughout the year.
The collective labour agreement was renewed for a period of three years, that is to say from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017.
