The traditional Student Fair (Studentefoire), organised by Luxembourg's Ministry of Research and Higher Education in close collaboration with the ACEL student organisation, will take place on the site of the Belval campus of the University of Luxembourg on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 October 2024.

On the Belval campus site, visitors will have, during these two days, the opportunity to learn about higher education and student life from more than a hundred exhibitors present on-site. They will be able to communicate directly with representatives of universities and higher education establishments as well as with student associations and circles.

Students will also have the opportunity to contact representatives of the Ministry of Research and Higher Education (Higher Education Information Service and Financial Aid Department) which will guide them in their procedures and provide them with useful information.

Besides, students will be able to follow various live presentations on-site, dedicated to different fields of study and professional activities.

The face-to-face fair will, as in previous years, be supplemented by a digital platform bringing together not only the exhibitors physically present in Esch-Belval, but also a significant number of purely “virtual” exhibitors. On this platform, exhibitors will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, notably via pre-recorded videos, and to make their downloadable documentation available to visitors.

Interactive webinars will be broadcast live on the platform during the fair.

The on-site conferences, as well as the webinars broadcast on the platform, will be recorded and can be viewed in replay mode after the fair.

The digital platform will already be accessible one week before the fair itself (i.e. from 16 October 2024) to allow secondary school students to obtain information virtually in advance to best prepare for their visit to Esch-Belval. The platform will remain open in full, that is to say with all stands, all documentation, all webinars and all information sessions in the replay, until 3 January 2025.
