On Thursday 27 February 2025, POST Luxembourg announced that logistics company Michel Greco SA, a 100% subsidiary of the POST Luxembourg group, is changing its name to INFLOW SA.

In a statement, POST Luxembourg reported that by drawing on both the POST group's historical know-how in the field of logistics and its digital and technological expertise, INFLOW is positioning itself as a reliable partner for companies in Luxembourg, in the Greater Region and internationally.

INFLOW relies on the POST Luxembourg group's extensive distribution network. This network includes parcel delivery drivers, postal workers serving each household and business five days a week, more than 150 PackUp stations and around 100 physical points of presence.

Mario Treinen, Managing Director of INFLOW and Director of POST Courrier, said: "With the launch of INFLOW, our motivation is to offer professional customers the same level of quality of service that POST Luxembourg already provides to residential customers. INFLOW aims to be a complementary player to the logistics professionals already established in Luxembourg, with a focus on so-called 'last mile' delivery, while offering a complete range of additional logistics solutions adapted to the growing needs of local companies, particularly in the e-commerce sector, by offering a 'one-stop shop' type solution."

POST Luxembourg added that for transport and distribution, INFLOW offers express delivery, parcel and pallet distribution services, as well as temperature-controlled transport solutions. Internationally, INFLOW offers solutions for express transport, parcel shipping, pallet consolidation, as well as import/export services including customs clearance. In terms of logistics services, INFLOW deals with warehousing, handling, pick & pack, and value-added logistics. In addition, INFLOW offers support services such as mailroom, archiving and scanning, corporate concierge and document destruction.

Michel Greco, founder of the company of the same name, congratulated the POST Luxembourg group: "I am happy to see that the company I founded 38 years ago and which has gradually been integrated into the POST Luxembourg group continues to develop and adapt to customer needs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. I am delighted that this evolution is accompanied by the new name INFLOW, which I find very well chosen".

Claude Strasser, Managing Director of POST Luxembourg, added: "With this new identity, INFLOW reinforces its commitment to providing high-value added logistics solutions, tailored to the specific needs of its Luxembourg and cross-border customers, reflecting the ambitions of the POST Group. In line with the group’s strategy, the company will continue to innovate and invest in cutting-edge technologies to offer ever more efficient, profitable and responsible services."

POST Luxembourg emphasised that the status of Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) support is maintained, ensuring the continuity and reliability of the services offered. For all existing professional customers, current contracts and conditions remain unchanged. All activities continue without interruption so that there is no impact for customers.
