Leading automotive company Ford Trucks has announced its expansion to Luxembourg.

After launching a series of new dealerships across Western Europe, Ford Trucks is now entering the second phase of its expansion. Building on the success of its distributors in Spain, Portugal and Italy, Ford Trucks has chosen GTTS as official distributor in Luxembourg.

Ford Trucks Vice President Serhan Turfan announced that the company is stepping up efforts to expand its distribution network across Europe, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. He stated: “Building on our success in our current markets, we expect to complete our expansion in Europe by the end of 2024”.

To pursue this goal, Ford Trucks' priority is to consolidate its footprint in Europe with their solid product portfolio, a good dealer network and a wide coverage of high quality services. The company's objective is to create value with the most efficient transport solutions on the market and a competitive total cost of ownership proposition.

Ford Trucks expressed hopes that this strategy would be successful in the Luxembourg market - a key market for its growth plans in Western Europe. The goal is to achieve a 7% market share in the country by the end of 2025.

Commenting on the new partnership with GTTS in Luxembourg, Serhan Turfan said: “I am sure that GTTS will represent our brand to Luxembourg customers in the best possible way".

Moving to Luxembourg is a strategic step for Ford Trucks, which is expected to guarantee strong growth and expansion throughout Europe.
