The municipality of Mamer has announced its decision to introduce the "2G" (geimpft / geheelt, i.e. vaccinated or recovered) CovidCheck system for all of its events.
The decision follows the intergration of new functions (2G, 3G, travel) in the updated CovidCheck.lu mobile application.
From Friday 10 December 2021, anyone wishing to attend any event organised by the municipality of Mamer (e.g. the Christmas market and ice rink) must be able to show a CovidCheck certificate proving full vaccination against or recent recovery from COVID-19.
These rules do not apply to inidividuals under the age of twelve years and two months.
