Luxembourg-based international professional women's association The NETWORK has announced that it is organising an event dedicated to balancing professionalism and parenthood at BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg-Kirchberg (60 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855) on Wednesday 19 June 2024 at 18:00.
Whether one is a new mother, a seasoned parent or simply looking to support the mothers in one's life, this event promises to offer a wealth of knowledge and a better understanding on how to navigate one's professional life while enjoying motherhood.
As the organisers acknowledged, being a mother and working at the same time is a daily challenge for many women. It is important to be aware of one's achievements and to congratulate oneself on the skills needed to successfully juggle these two aspects of daily life. During this event, attendees will discover that working mothers are very creative and have far more resources than imagined.
Communications professional Diana Trisca Rusu will moderate a discussion bringing together the following panellists: Julie Mangen, founder of ShapeUp, physiotherapist and mother of three; Violaine Couturier, lawyer-turned-independent director and mother of four; Marise Hyman, body-mind and relationship recoding coach and mother of two; Astrid Mayrhofer, HR leader and entrepreneur and mother of two.
The "Maternal Mavericks: Balancing Professionalism and Parenthood" event is free of charge for The NETWORK members and €20 for non-members. Register via Eventbrite.
