STEP Benelux has announced details of a Lunch & Learn event being held on Thursday 27 June 2016 at 12:00 at the Cercle Munster in Luxembourg-Grund.

The presentation on “The Aftermath of the BREXIT referendum, results of the vote after the weekend" will be given by Frank Engel, MEP in the European People's Party and a member of the Luxembourg Christian Social Party (CSV).

He studied law in Brussels and Metz and acquired a degree in private law. From 2001 to 2009 he was Secretary-General of the parliamentary group of the Christian Social Party (CSV) He is a Member of the National Committee in the CSV's Executive Committee and also the Honorary Armenian Consul in Luxembourg since 2006. Frank Engel is an MEP since 2009.

CONTENT: The referendum takes place on Thursday 23rd June so after a weekend of digesting the news we will launch into the impact. Will there be a recession, a drop in the pound and shortly a physical border with Scotland. Will there be EU reform whichever way the vote swings. Frank Engel will give us an insight into the decisions from the European point of view. The impact on legal and financial planning is far reaching.

TIMING: Meeting from 12:00, lunch will begin at 12;30 and the meeting will end at 14:00
