STEP Benelux has announced details of a cocktail presentation event being held on Thursday 21 April 2016 at 18:00 at the registered office of STEP BeNeLux (58 rue Charles Martel, L-2134 Luxembourg).

The presentation on “The Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF): enhancing Luxembourg’s competitive edge in the fund industry" will be given by Vanessa Molloy and Sharika Nair of M Partners S.à r.l. (an independent law firm registered with the Barreau de Luxembourg and a member of the Maitland network of law firms)

Vanessa Molloy is a partner at M Partners S.à r.l.. She has 15 years’ experience in structuring and advising on onshore and offshore investment funds, with a special focus on hedge and other alternative investment funds. Vanessa is admitted to List 4 of the Barreau de Luxembourg and is a solicitor, qualified and admitted in England and Wales, as well as in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (British Virgin Islands) and South Africa.
 
Sharika Nair is an associate at M Partners S.à r.l., specialising in the implementation of the various Luxembourg fund structures, as well as the 2013 Luxembourg AIFM Law. 

Sharika is admitted to List 4 of the Barreau de Luxembourg and is a solicitor, qualified and admitted in England and Wales.
