Firce Capital, a Luxembourg-headquartered asset management and real estate investment company, and Outdoor Diffusion, a retailer specialising in the opening and management of premium outdoor stores, have announced the upcoming arrival of the Timberland brand at the Royal-Hamilius shopping centre in Luxembourg-Ville.

Timberland will open its second shop in Luxembourg at the beginning of 2024, in an 80 m2 sales space located at Royal-Hamilius on Rue Aldringen. The American brand sells outdoor shoes, clothing and accessories for men, women and children. The brand is known for its famous yellow boots, designed in 1973.

"We are very happy to welcome the Timberland brand to the Royal-Hamilius," said Vivien Honoré, Asset Manager at Firce Capital. "Over the years, Timberland shoes have become essential in the fashion world. The arrival of this new brand will complete the Royal-Hamilius premium offering."

Outdoor Diffusion added: "We are happy to continue the expansion of Timberland in the Grand Duchy. The Royal-Hamilius seemed to us to be the perfect place to open this second Timberland. With more than ten million passers-by passing between Grand-Rue and Rue Aldringen each year, the Royal-Hamilius enjoys unique potential."

Firce Capital also announced the upcoming arrival of Lloyd Coffee Eatery, a Brussels brand specialising in coffees and brunches, at Royal-Hamilius in spring 2024.

The asset management and real estate investment company added that Royal-Hamilius experienced "strong dynamism" in 2023, with the arrival of six new brands. The North Face, specialising in mountain sports equipment, will open its first Luxembourg shop by the end of November 2023, whilst Starbucks will open its doors in December 2023. These two openings are added to the arrival of Do For Love, Prêt à Manger, Optical Center and Privilèges earlier this year.
