The Home & Living Expo 2014, formerly known as the Spring Fair (Foire de Printemps) closed its doors on Sunday after 9 days for the 300+ exbibitors.
The Home & Living Expo, associated with the National Housing Week, dedicated to housing, construction, renovation, furnishing and decoration, featured exhibitiors from Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium.
A statement from the organisers, LuxExpo in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, claims the new event format has a bright future and had encouraging signs for the Luxembourg economy.
"The presence of His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri, the Secretary of State for the Economy, Francine Closener, the Minister of Housing, Maggy Nagel, and the Mayor of the City of Luxembourg, Lydie Polfer, at the opening ceremony, shows the importance attached to two events that have just ended at Luxexpo" said Jean-Michel Collignon, director of Luxexpo.
