Sunflower Montessori Crèche is hosting its annual Charity Table Quiz on Saturday 21 June at the Black Stuff Irish pub (15 val de Hamm, L-1714 Luxembourg-Pulvermuhle) from 20:00.
The event is being held in aid of the Ilula Orphan Program in Tanzania: all proceeds will go directly to the work of the charity.
The Ilula Orphan Program touches the lives of thousands of vulnerable children in Tanzania and those who care for them with its sponsorship of foster family programs, orphan centre, preschool and community development projects. Through these programs, IOP is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and HIV in the region. For more information about the charity please see www.ilulaorphanprogram.org.

Helen and Sam, the owners of Sunflower Montessori, have confirmed that this summer, Helen, her daughter Lucy and son Tom, Sam's daughter Evie, as well as Vincent, Daphne, Bonita and Clair-Louise, will all travel to Tanzania to aid the IOP as volunteers to help at the orphanage. This is a very exciting initiative to once more meet and spend time with their sponsor children and to work in the orphanage as well as supporting all IOP’s projects within the community.
