The acquistion of computer consultancy company Vision IT Group PSF SA by OnePoint will result in the former being renamed OnePoint PSF, it was announced Wednesday.
Founded 15 years ago, OnePoint now employs 2,000 people across Europe, Asia and North America, providing tailored solutions and consulting to its network of both private and public sector clients.
OnePoint PSF, formerly Vision IT Group PSF SA, is expected to move from technologies which have historically been present in Luxembourg, such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Vmware and others, towards business consulting, including method standardisation and built-in agility. OnePoint will aim to consolidate its experience in analysis, strategic guidance and technical implementation, drawing on the digital revolution to develop client-based solutions.
OnePoint commented that it expected the two groups' complementarity regarding offerings and client base, as well as this newly-established platform for the exchange of best practices, to strengthen the OnePoint brand and further its development in the Luxembourg market.
