Trade unions LCGB and OGB-L today signed a new collective labour agreement with copier repair service, Ricoh Luxembourg PSF Sàrl.
Ricoh Luxembourg, which currently employs 55 members of staff, offers printing and production solutions, documentation services and IT services. The company agreed to the renewal of the collective agreement valid from 1 April 2015 for a three-year period, with the following enhancements and amendments:
- A 1.5% salary increase, spread over 2016, 2017 and 2018
- A recovery of the amount of the premium for hospitalisation insurance for employees who, because of their place of residency, cannot benefit from this insurance
- Provisions for early retirement solidarity have been incorporated into the text of the new collective agreement.
Other provisions of the collective agreement remain unchanged.
