From September through December, ASAP-Concept Luxembourg will be offering a series of Oenology and Whisky evening classes.
These classes will be available to both individuals and corporate groups interested in using them for teambuilding and afterwork events, and do not require having previous knowledge of the subject.
The wine classes cost €38.50 per session, or €300 for individuals taking all 9 classes. Classes will take place 20:00-21:00 on the following Wednesdays:
23/09/2015: visual, olfactory and tasting analysis, types of glasses
30/09/2015: Viticulture and vines cycle, soils and grape caracteristics in France
7/10/2015: World grape varieties, white wines
14/10/2015: World grape varieties, red wines
11/11/2015: Australia wines
18/11/2015: California wines
25/11/2015: Argentina wines
2/12/2015: France Provence and Corsica wines
9/12/2015: Matching wines with traditional Christmas meals

16/10/2015: Whisky styles: discovery of Corn, Wheat and Rye whiskies
20/11/2015: New producing countries: Blended and Single malt from India and Japon
11/12/2015: Wild whisky from Isle of Skye and Isle of Mull
