The Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) has announced details of the 3rd Ukraine Resilience Business Forum which will take place on Wednesday 5 March from 08:30 - 16:00 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
Following the success of the previous forums ”Rapid Recovery of Ukraine” held in 2023 and 2024, this year’s event continues the LUCC's mission to foster economic resilience in Ukraine. The 2025 forum will showcase Ukraine's Resilience during the war; it will focus on the vital role of foreign investment and strategic collaboration in strengthening Ukraine’s post-war economy.
Speaking with Chronicle.lu, Evgenia Paliy, LUCC President, stated: "At a time when Ukraine’s resilience is being tested like never before, it is essential to create meaningful opportunities for collaboration, investment and innovation. The 3rd Ukraine Resilience Business Forum serves as a platform to bring together key stakeholders — governments, businesses and financial institutions — to drive tangible support for Ukraine’s economic recovery and long-term growth. By fostering dialogue and strategic partnerships, we aim to unlock new opportunities that will strengthen Ukraine’s economy and integrate it further into the European and global markets. We invite all forward-thinking leaders to join us in shaping a sustainable future for Ukraine."
Key discussions will include: Financing Ukraine’s Recovery (Unlocking financial resources and investment opportunities to rebuild Ukraine’s infrastructure and economy); Ukraine-EU Internal Market (Discussing the challenges and opportunities of deeper economic integration with the European Union); Resilience of Startups and Technologies (Exploring how innovation and technology are driving Ukraine’s resilience and economic potential); Financial Services and Banking (Strengthening the financial services sector to support sustainable economic recovery); and Space, Defence, and GovTech (Examining the role of cutting-edge technologies in enhancing national security and governance).
The forum will feature a line-up of prominent speakers, including: High-level representatives from the Ukrainian and Luxembourg governments; Ministers of Foreign Affairs; European institutions and financial bodies such as EIB, EBRD and IFS; Leaders from Luxembourg’s industrial and financial sectors; and International investors and business leaders.
