The Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) has announced upcoming events focusing on advancing European security through technology and cooperation, and female decision-makers and women in positions of influence, which will take place in November 2026.

On Tuesday 17 November, the LUCC will host the next edition of the Luxembourg–Ukraine Tech Forum: Securing Tomorrow, continuing a dialogue established through two forums held in 2025.

The event will take place at 14:30 at the premises of Deloitte Luxembourg in Luxembourg-Gasperich, and will bring together government, industry, technology leaders, researchers and investors to explore the innovations, partnerships and investment shaping Europe’s future security capabilities.

The LUCC says this year’s programme will examine how advances in artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cybersecurity and space technologies are transforming the security landscape, and what is required to translate emerging innovations into practical capabilities.

At the centre of the discussions will be the opportunities for cooperation between Luxembourg, Ukraine and international partners, from technology transfer and industrial partnerships to financing and the development of dual-use solutions.

The event is free to attend. However, registration is required.

On Thursday 26 November, the LUCC will convene a private group of 20 to 25 female decision-makers and women in positions of influence across business, finance, boards, diplomacy, governance and international institutions.

The all-day event, titled “VOICES OF INFLUENCE: Women Shaping Power, Peace & Ukraine’s Future”, will take place at the premises of the LUCC in Luxembourg-Hamm, and will focus on the question of: when decisions with lasting consequences are made, whose voices shape what is ultimately decided — and whose expertise is still missing?

The LUCC says the event will feature a private, peer-to-peer conversation under the Chatham House Rule, focused on where decisions are being made, which perspectives are still missing, and how women in positions of influence can translate their individual roles into collective impact for Ukraine’s future.

The evening will conclude with an effort to identify practical mechanisms for action and one collective initiative that the group may wish to take forward.

This first dialogue is intended not as a standalone event, but potentially as the beginning of a trusted circle of influential women across business, finance, diplomacy and institutions.

Entry is by invitation only. One can register their interest in attending at https://www.lucc.lu/events/voices-of-influence-women-shaping-power-peace-ukraines-future/.
