As part of the overhaul of the Ehlerange tunnel, the Administration des ponts et chaussées (State Roads and Bridges Administration) will carry out the completion of work to finalise the new tunnel construction.

To minimise the impact on traffic, this work will be done only at night; it require a complete shutting off of the A13 motorway between the Ehlerange interchange and the Differdange interchange - in both directions - from Monday 6 November at 21:00 until Friday 10 November at 06:00.

The work remaining to be carried out includes the following:
• The connection and commissioning of the new pediment panels,
• The removal of old video boxes,
• Removal of old signaling and video cabling,
• Cleaning the tunnel ramps in both directions,
• The labeling of the new video boxes regarding Schengen-Pétange.

The A13 motorway between the Ehlerange interchange and the Differdange interchange will be closed in both directions.

The following access ramps are also blocked to traffic:

• The access ramp of the Ehlerange interchange from the N37 and towards Pétange via the A13,

• The access ramp of the Differdange interchange from the N32 and towards the Lankelz junction via the A13.

The following deviations are implemented

• Traffic from the A4 motorway towards Pétange on the A13 motorway is diverted from the Ehlerange interchange via the N37, CR110 and N32 to the Differdange interchange,

• Traffic from Pétange from the A13 motorway to the Lankelz junction is diverted from the Differdange interchange via the N32, CR110 and N37 to the Ehlerange interchange.

The necessary preparatory work for the closure of the motorway is being carried out a few hours beforehand; traffic disturbances are expected at the end of the afternoon. The ramps of the interchanges are to be blocked before 21:00 and the main axis of the A13 motorway from 21:00.
